摘要
新时代以来中国金融进入新发展阶段,党中央对此做出系列部署,尤其是习近平有关金融工作的重要论述形成了丰富的思想内容。该思想继承了改革开放以来党的历代领导人关于金融发展的重要认识,是在深刻总结我国金融发展历程的基础上,结合马克思主义金融理论,为应对和破解当前我国面临的各种金融问题所做出的一系列重大判断和明确要求。这一思想可以从五个方面展开理解:“金融是国家重要的核心竞争力”的逻辑基点;“以服务实体经济、服务人民生活为本”的价值标准;“防范化解金融风险”的根本任务;“金融供给侧结构性改革”和“扩大金融对外开放”的行动路径,以及“加强党对金融工作的领导”的基本保障。习近平关于金融工作的重要论述,在实践上探索出了一条中国特色社会主义的金融发展道路,在理论上开拓了当代中国马克思主义政治经济学在金融视域的新境界。未来,应进一步加强对该重要论述的学习与把握,致力将我国建设成为社会主义现代化金融强国。
Xi Jinping’s important exposition on financial work contains rich ideological content.This thought inherited the important understanding of the party’s previous generations of leaders on financial development since the reform and opening-up,which,on the basis of a profound summary of China’s financial development process and combined with Marxist financial theory,is a series of major judgments and clear requirements made to deal with and solve the various financial problems currently facing our country.This thought can be understood from five aspects:the logical basis of“finance is an important core competitiveness of the country”,the value standard of“serving the real economy and serving the people’s life”,the basic task of“preventing and defusing financial risks”,the action path of“financial supply-side structural reform”and“expanding the financial opening-up”and the basic guarantee of“strengthening the party’s leadership in financial work”.Xi Jinping’s financial thought has explored a financial development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and opened up a new realm of contemporary Chinese Marxist political economy from the financial perspective.In the future,we should strengthen the study of Xi Jinping’s financial thought and make great efforts to build our country into a socialist modern financial power.
