摘要
采用超声波辅助萃取技术将柚子皮制备成柚子皮吸附剂,探讨了柚子皮吸附剂在常温下对亚甲基蓝吸附量的影响,考察了乙醇体积、乙醇体积分数和萃取时间对柚子皮吸附剂吸附亚甲基蓝吸附量的影响。通过响应曲面优化法对柚子皮吸附剂的制备工艺条件进行了优化,确定了最佳的制备柚子皮吸附剂的工艺条件。通过孔隙结构分析、比表面积分析(BET)和扫描电镜分析(SEM)对材料进行表征。结果表明,吸附剂大孔隙结构数量较多、比表面积较小,吸附剂孔道清晰,且呈片层结构,有利于吸附大分子结构的物质。
Grapefruit skin adsorbent was prepared by ultrasound-assisted ethanol activation method with grapefruit skin as raw material.The impact of ethanol volume,concentration of ethanol activator and the activation time for adsorption capacity were studied.The preparation process condition was optimized by the response surface method.And the best preparation process condition was determined.The materials was characterized by pore structure,specific surface area(BET)scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analyses.The results showed that the adsorbent was fluffy and porous.The specific surface area was small.The adsorbent was advantageous to adsorb the substances with macromolecular structures.
