摘要
目的探讨香连丸在中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗减毒增效中的应用效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年8月—2020年8月在上海市中西医结合医院接受治疗的90例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45),对照组使用TP化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用香连丸进行治疗,对两组肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果治疗后,两组鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、肿瘤标志物细胞角蛋白19片段(CYERA21-1)水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组SCCA、CEA、CYERA21-1水平与对照组相比明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD8^(+)明显降低(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)明显提高(P<0.05),对照组各项免疫功能指标明显降低(P<0.05),观察组各项指标与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将香连丸应用于中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗中能够达到较好的减毒增效作用,有利于改善临床症状,提高免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Xianglian Pill in the attenuation and enhancement of chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in Shanghai TCM-Integrated Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,they were the the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group was treated with TP chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Xianglian Pill on the basis of the control group,the levels of tumor markers,immune function and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the two groups of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),tumor marker cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYERA21-1)levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the levels of SCCA,CEA,CYERA21-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,CD8^(+)in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly increased(P<0.05),the immune function indexes in the control group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xianglian Pill in the chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can achieve better attenuation and synergy,which is beneficial to improve clinical symptoms,improve immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and it is worthy of promotion.
