The industrial characteristics colleges and universities,as a special category of colleges and universities in the process of national higher education development history,have the advantages of profound industrial background,obvious professional characteristics and rich industrial resources.Therefore,in the context of the increasingly prominent employment problem of college students and the increasingly severe employment situation,the institutions of industrial characteristics can effectively use their own advantages to provide effective employment precision assistance mechanism for the employment difficulties group.
