摘要
梅花鹿(Cervus nippon Temmick)是具有重要经济和文化价值的鹿科动物之一,是我国驯养的首要茸用鹿类,存栏量约为100万头,驯养历史近300年。花鹿茸是梅花鹿的主要产品之一,是名贵的动物药材,具有“生精补髓、养血益阳、强筋健骨,治一切虚损,耳聋,目暗,眩晕,虚痢”的功效,应用广泛且历史悠久。为了进一步了解我国梅花鹿种质资源和生产技术现状与成就,文章对中国梅花鹿育成品种(品系)的遗传背景、品种特征、生产性能等方面进行综述,并探讨中国梅花鹿种质资源的保护和合理利用途径,以期为梅花鹿产业发展谏言觐策和为同行提供参考。
Chinese sika deer(Cervus Nippon Temmick)is one of the deer families with important economic and cultural value.It is the primary species of velvet deer domesticated in China,with a population of about 1 million and a domestication history of nearly 300 years.Velvet antler of Chinese sika deer is one of the main products of sika deer.As a rare animal medicine,it has the effect of"producing essence and tonifying pulp,nourishing blood and benefiting Yang,strengthening sinew and bones,and curing all deficiency,deafness,dark eyes,vertigo and dysensenia".It has been widely used and has a long history.In order to further understand the present situation and achievements of sika deer genetic resources and production technology in China,this paper summarized genetic background,variety characteristics and production performance of the Chinese sika deer breeds,and discussed the possible ways for genetic resources protection and rational utilization of Chinese sika deer,hoping to provide advice for the development of Chinese sika deer industry and reference for the peers.
