新时代高校科技成果转化助推经济建设的路径 被引量:2

Research on the Path of Promoting Economic Development Through Transformation of College Scientific and Technological Achievements in the New Era

摘要 在新时代背景下,高校科技成果转化在推动经济建设和发展中扮演着至关重要的角色。本文通过分析探讨高价值专利、对接障碍、协作障碍、体制机制的潜在问题,建议结合培育力度,提出多方位协作,完善产学研机制和激励机制等措施的高校科技成果转化全过程管理体系。最终指出,高校科技成果转化不仅需要政府、企业、高校的共同努力,还需要全社会的广泛参与,才能真正实现科技成果转化对经济建设的有力推动,助力新时代经济高质量发展。 Under the background of the new era,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities plays a vital role in promoting economic construction and development.By analyzing and discussing the potential problems of high-value patents,docking obstacles,cooperation obstacles,and system mechanisms,it is suggested to combine the cultivation efforts,and put forward a management system of the whole process of scientific and technological achievements transformation in colleges and universities with multi-directional cooperation to improve the industry-college-research mechanism and incentive mechanism.Finally,this paper points out that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities not only needs the joint efforts of the government,enterprises and universities,but also needs the extensive participation of the whole society.Only through multi-party cooperation can the transformation of scientific and technological achievements really promote the economic construction and help the high-quality economic development in the new era.
