摘要
模拟面试是就业指导过程中的重要实践环节,对大学生语言表达能力的锻炼、自身优势的发掘、就业路线的选择都起着至关重要的作用。结构化面试、无领导小组面试、教师试讲是企事业单位招聘考试中主要的几种面试形式,能够多角度地测试出应试者的综合素质,是针对大学生面试能力培养主要采取的面试形式。上述三种网络模拟面试形式的创新,是保障就业指导课质量及实效性、培养大学生面试能力的有效途径。
The mock interview is an important practical link in the process of employment guidance,and it plays a crucial role in the exercise of college students’language expression ability,the exploration of their own advantages,and the choice of employment route.The structured interview,the leaderless group interview and the teacher trial are the main interview forms in the recruitment examination of enterprises and institutions.They can test the comprehensive quality of the candidates from multiple perspectives,and are the main interview forms for the cultivation of the interview ability of college students.The innovation of the above three network mock interview forms is an effective way to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the employment guidance course and cultivate the interview ability of college students.
