摘要
本文用50例(男28例,女22例)完整的硬脑膜标本,观察脑膜中动脉的类型,分支及吻合,并对动脉的口径进行了测量。(1)单干型占41%,单干型内还有四种亚型。(2)双干型占59%;动脉主干分为前、后干,双干型内还有三种亚型。左右侧各动脉分支间均有吻合存在。并讨论了临床实用意义。
50 fixed specimens of human dura mater(male 28,female 22)were carefully observed to study the types of bifurcation of middle meningeal artery.The anastomosis and diameter of which were also studied and measured.In between the branches on one side or on both left and right hemispheres,wide-spread anastomsis was present.Its clinical application was discussed.
