摘要
高层建筑支护桩施工受施工环境、施工设备等因素影响,难以保障成桩质量。文中提出了高层建筑旋挖灌注桩支护施工技术,采用旋挖钻机钻进成孔,在孔内下放钢筋笼,通过导管向钢筋笼内灌注混凝土形成支护桩,完成高层建筑旋挖灌注桩支护施工。结果表明,设计施工技术下的灌注支护桩最大沉降量为23.47 mm,小于设计要求值,成桩质量良好。
The construction of high-rise building supporting pile is affected by the construction environment,construction equipment and other factors,so it is difficult to guarantee the quality of pile,so the construction technology of rotary excavation pile support of high-rise building is proposed.The rotary drilling rig is used to drill the hole,the steel cage is placed in the hole,and the concrete is poured into the steel cage through the pipe to form the supporting pile to complete the rotary excavation pile supporting construction of high-rise building.The results show that the maximum settlement of the perfusion support pile under the design and construction technology is 23.47mm,which is less than the design required value,and the pile formation quality is good.
