摘要
为了解决传统拉马拆卸皮带轮存在的效率较低、折卸类型受限等问题,设计了一种新型皮带轮拆卸装置。通过SolidWorks软件构建皮带轮与拆卸装置间螺栓和螺母连接部分的简化模型,使用ABAQUS有限元软件对简化模型进行力学仿真。结果发现:在拆卸环的作用下,皮带轮边缘处出现4处应力集中现象,主要出现在皮带轮底部和侧面。为避免传动失效,提出了将顶起装置的双螺栓结构改为四螺栓结构,拆卸环的双耳螺母结构改为四耳螺母结构的改进方案。优化后拆卸装置及皮带轮的最大应力值分别减小到20和15 MPa,与优化前相比分别降低了42.9%和40%,应力集中现象消失,且分布更加均匀。将优化后的方案应用到生产实践中,皮带轮及拆卸装置损坏率分别下降了24.6%和15.3%,对结构进行优化改进后,已在实际产品中得到应用,取得了较好的效果,节约设备维保成本,达到皮带轮拆卸方便的目的,提高了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and limited types of disassembly of the traditional puller,a new type of pulley disassembly device is designed.A simplified model of the bolt and nut connection between the pulley and the dismantling device was constructed by SolidWorks,and the simplified model was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.It was found that under the action of the dismantling ring,four stress concentrations occurred at the edge of the pulley,mainly at the bottom and side of the pulley.In order to avoid transmission failure,an improved scheme is proposed,in which the double-bolt structure of the jacking device is changed to a four-bolt structure,and the double-ear nut structure of the dismantling ring is changed to a four-ear nut structure.After optimization,the maximum stress values of the dismantling device and the pulley are reduced to 20 MPa and 15 MPa,respectively,which are 42.9%and 40%lower than those before optimization,and the stress concentration phenomenon disappears and the distribution is more uniform.The optimized scheme is applied to production practice,the damage rate of pulley and dismantling device is reduced by 24.6%and 15.3%respectively,which has achieved good effect and saves the maintenance cost of equipment,the purpose of convenient disassembly of the pulley is achieved,and the stability and reliability of equipment operation are improved.
