摘要
EPC总承包管理模式对项目的成本管理与控制方面有比较突出的优势,在我国的很多行业中应用范围都比较广泛。在EPC总承包模式下,成本管理与控制工作的效率以及质量会对项目的收益情况产生直接影响。因此,对EPC项目成本管理与控制的各个阶段措施进行研究和分析,提高了EPC项目成本管理与控制的效率与水平,提高了EPC总承包模式下项目的整体收益。
The EPC general contracting management model has prominent advantages in project cost management and control,and is widely used in many industries in China.Under the EPC general contracting mode,the efficiency and quality of cost management and control work will have a direct impact on the benefits of the project.Therefore,the research and analysis of the measures of EPC project cost management and control at various stages have improved the efficiency and level of EPC project cost management and control,and improved the overall revenue of the project under the EPC general contracting model.
