摘要
基于电厂主厂房汽轮机基础高位布置,主厂房高位布置汽轮机基础支撑体系的土建施工技术与以往常规厂房的汽轮机基础施工有着较大的不同,为了实现高位布置汽轮机,经多方面专家论证,最终高位布置汽轮机基础的土建施工工艺采用在主厂房框架结构混凝土大梁之上安装弹簧隔振器组和搭设H型钢梁支撑,将弹簧隔振器组和H型钢梁形成联合支撑体系支撑汽轮机基座模板,并成功完成汽机基座混凝土浇筑。
The high-level layout scheme of steam turbines is the world’s first.Based on the high-level layout of the steam turbine foundation in the main power plant of the power plant,the civil construction technology of the high-level layout of the steam turbine foundation support system in the main power plant is significantly different from the conventional steam turbine foundation construction of conventional plant buildings.The civil construction technology of the steam turbine foundation adopts the installation of spring vibration isolators on the concrete girders of the main factory building frame and the support of H-shaped steel beams.The spring vibration isolators and H-shaped steel beams form a joint support system to support the turbine base template,and successfully completed the pouring of the turbine base.
