摘要
本文试应用复杂系统科学理论分析人类社会的进化。宇宙是一个能量驱动的内嵌有序化的无序化过程。宇宙中的开放系统,无论是自然系统,还是社会系统,在与外部交换能量时经常涌现进化结构。人类社会结构在能量驱动下呈现进化特征,其进化过程是一个包含混沌与有序交织的有序化过程。人类社会进化在不同尺度范式的指导下结构从简单到复杂,遵循三阶段的基本过程。今天的人类社会处于信息化范式下从混沌到简单有序,信息通信技术范式下从简单有序到复杂有序的阶段。后发国家面临重要的“窗口机遇期”,科技和教育战略应做出积极响应。
This paper attempts to apply the theory of complex-systems science to analyze the evolution of human society.The universe is an energy-driven disordered process with embedded ordering.Open systems in the universe,both natural and social,often emerge as evolutionary structures in exchange of energy with the outside.Driven by energy,the structure of human society presents evolutionary features,and its evolutionary process is an ordering process in which chaos and order intertwine.Under the guidance of different scales of paradigm,human society’s structure is from simple to complex,following a basic process of three stages.Today’s human society is in the stage from chaos to simple order under the paradigm of informatization and from simple order to complex order under the paradigm of information and communications technology.Developing countries are facing an important"window of opportunity",while science,technology and education strategy should respond positively.
