摘要
为了提高矿工的安全绩效,明确自我效能感对安全绩效的作用机制。通过问卷调查和文献梳理,构建了自我效能感、安全绩效、自主型安全动机和工作投入四者关系的假设模型。使用SPSS软件分析样本数据的相关性,AMOS软件检验自主型安全动机和工作投入的中介作用。结果表明:自我效能感、自主型安全动机、工作投入和安全绩效两两之间呈显著正相关关系;自我效能感对安全绩效起显著正向影响;自主型安全动机和工作投入均在自我效能感对安全绩效作用中起独立中介作用;自我效能感可以通过自主型安全动机和工作投入的链式中介作用影响安全绩效。
In order to improve the safety performance of miners,the mechanism of self-efficacy on safety performance is clarified.Through the questionnaire survey and literature review,a hypothesis model of self-efficacy,safety performance,autonomous safety motivation and work input is constructed.Using SPSS software to analyze the correlation of sample data,AMOS software examines the mediating role of autonomous safety motivation and work input.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy,autonomous safety motivation,work input and safety performance;self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on safety performance;autonomous safety motivation and work input are both self-efficacy Sense has an independent intermediary role in the role of safety performance;selfefficacy can influence safety performance through autonomous safety motivation and chain intermediary role of work input.
