摘要
就业质量是就业的主要内容,同时也是就业问题的更高要求、区域经济发展的重要指标、国家民生保障的重要载体。高职院校学生就业人数与本科院校学生就业人数相当,但就业质量不高的问题始终存在。提升高职院校学生就业质量和实现高质量就业,是未来职业教育发展的迫切任务。
The quality of employment is not only the main content of employment,but also the higher requirements of employment,an important indicator of regional economic development,and an important carrier of national livelihood security.The number of students in higher vocational colleges is equal to that in undergraduate colleges,but the problem of low quality of employment always exists.It is an urgent task for the development of vocational education in the future to improve the employment quality of students in higher vocational colleges and achieve highquality employment.
