摘要
新经济的发展给大学生就业带来了新的挑战。文章在对新经济内涵进行分析的基础上,阐述了目前高校大学生就业存在的困境,包括就业总量的矛盾、就业结构的矛盾以及对高校大学生就业能力要求更高等,并且从政府、市场、用人单位、高校、学生五个方面提出高校大学生就业能力的培养路径,以期为大学生高质量就业提供帮助。
The development of the new economy has brought new challenges to the employment of college students.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the new economy,this paper expounds the difficulties existing in the employment of college students at present,including the contradiction of the total employment,the contradiction of the employment structure and the higher requirements for the employability of college students,and puts forward the training path of the employability of college students from the five aspects of government,market,employers,colleges and students,in order to provide some help for the high-quality employment of college students.
