摘要
目前,高职院校文化建设的问题主要有:文化建设还没有被足够重视,育人理念机制不健全;文化建设在内容和形式上趋于同化、单一,育人手段不充分;文化建设的路径处于“应时之举”,育人文化不浓厚。基于此,文章提出如下解决路径:建设高品质的校园文化,助推高职院校高质量发展,注重办学理念、制度文化生态建设;强化特色课程、校企社交互;打造人与环境交融的校园环境,以营造具有高职院校办学特色的浓厚育人氛围。
At present,the main problems of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges are:cultural construction has not been paid enough attention,and the mechanism of educating people is not perfect;Cultural construction tends to be assimilated and unitary in content and form,and the means of educating people are insufficient;The path of cultural construction is"timely",and the culture of educating people is not strong.Based on this,the article puts forward the following solutions:building high-quality campus culture,boosting the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges,and paying attention to the construction of school running concept and system culture ecology;Strengthen the interaction between characteristic courses and schools,enterprises and societies;Create a campus environment where people blend with the environment to create a strong educational atmosphere with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
