摘要
科教深度融合背景下,多方协同育人研究生导师团队有利于提升研究生综合能力,为我国输送高层次创新型复合型新工科人才。文章在分析当前协同育人导师存在问题的基础上,从建立质量为上的导师遴选和优化制度、建立基于旋转门的导师周转系统、建立科学的评价机制和激励制度、建立完善的师资队伍管理机制、建立高效的资源共享系统五方面构建完善多方联动协同育人研究生导师团队,旨在从理论教学、科学研究、创新实践三个环节全方位、高质量培育研究生。
In the context of the deep integration of science and education,a team of graduate tutors who work cooperatively in many ways is conducive to improving the comprehensive ability of graduate students and providing high-level innovative and compound new engineering talents for China.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the current collaborative education tutors,this paper constructs and improves the multi linkage collaborative education postgraduate tutors team from five aspects:establishing a quality oriented tutors selection and optimization system,establishing a revolving door based tutors turnover system,establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism and incentive system,establishing a sound faculty management mechanism,and establishing an efficient resource sharing system,aiming at theoretical teaching,scientific research three links of innovation and practice are to cultivate graduate students in an all-round and high-quality way.
