摘要
近年来,随着人才强国战略的逐渐深入,科技人才在全球竞争中的作用逐渐凸显。航天、芯片等行业涌现出大量科技领军人物,不断刷新科技的新高度。荣誉学院作为培养拔尖人才的重要载体,经过四十余年的发展,在一定程度上促进了我国拔尖人才的培养。但是,目前我国学术界对荣誉教育的评价并未形成统一意见,荣誉学院的发展也存在一定程度的问题,例如选拔模式、人才培养、管理机制等方面均需要进行调整。文章从独立学院的实际情况入手,着眼于理论和实践结合的角度对荣誉学院的实践进路进行系统化的分析,探索新时代独立学院荣誉教育新的实践路径。
In recent years,with the gradual advancement of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,the role of scientific and technological talents in global competition has gradually come to the fore.A large number of scientific and technological leaders have emerged from industries such as aerospace and chips,constantly refreshing new heights of technology.As an important vehicle for cultivating top talents,the Honours College has,after more than 40 years of development,to a certain extent promoted the cultivation of top talents in China.However,at present,there is no unified opinion on the evaluation of honours education in China's academic circles,and the development of honours colleges also has a certain degree of problems,such as the selection mode,talent cultivation and management mechanism,which all need to be adjusted.In this paper,the practical situation of independent colleges is taken as a starting point,and a systematic analysis of the practice of honours colleges is made from the perspective of combining theory and practice,so that new practice paths for honours education in independent colleges in the new era can be explored.
