摘要
随着国家经济与科技的快速发展,教育模式也发生了巨大转变,尤其是在国家提出了创新驱动发展战略的重要举措后,各大高校对创新创业人才培养模式有了更深层次的认知,并在此基础上积极探索创新路径,不断优化人才培养模式,以创新思维与意识的培养为导向,开展各种创新创业人才主题活动,旨在培养出创新型高素质人才,为国家创新战略目标的实现赋能。文章分析了构建高校创新创业人才培养模式的现实价值,审视了目前高校人才培养中存在的不足,针对问题,提出构建高校创新创业人才培养模式的新路径。
With the rapid development of the national economy and technology,education models have undergone significant changes,especially after the country proposed an important measure of innovation driven development strategy.Major universities have gained a deeper understanding of the significance of constructing innovative and entrepreneurial talent training models,and actively explore innovative paths on this basis to continuously optimize their talent training models,guided by the cultivation of innovative thinking and awareness,carry out various innovative and entrepreneurial talent training activities,aiming to cultivate more innovative and high-quality talents,and empower the realization of national innovation strategic goals.The article analyzes the practical value of constructing a model for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities,examines the shortcomings in talent cultivation in universities,and proposes innovative paths for constructing a model for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities.
