摘要
随着产教融合不断深化,高校创新创业人才培养已经成为当前高等教育发展的热点和重点。文章阐释了产教融合的内涵,分析了产教融合背景下高校创新创业人才培养体系的构建意义及当前存在的问题与不足,针对性提出了未来高校创新创业人才培养体系建设的关键策略,包括建设“双师型”教师队伍、完善创新创业教学体系、优化创新创业实践体系、完善评价激励机制等。以期通过这些策略,帮助高校更好地运用先进的理论、技术和资源,构建并完善高校创新创业人才培养体系,培养出更多的高素质创新型人才。
With the continuous deepening of the integration of industry and education,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities has become a hot topic and focus of the current development of higher education.The article explains the connotation of industry education integration,analyzes the significance of constructing the innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system in universities under the background of industry education integration,as well as the current problems and shortcomings.It proposes key strategies for the future construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system in universities,including building a"double teacher"teaching team,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system,strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship practice link,and improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism.Through these strategies,we aim to help universities better utilize advanced theories,technologies,and resources,construct and improve the training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities,and cultivate more high-quality innovative talents.
