摘要
“三教改革”是新时代职业教育改革的重要方向,体现了职业教育致力于高水平育人工作的现实需求。在“三教改革”背景下,高职院校培养技能型人才,要以教师队伍建设、教材编制与开发、教法更新与升级为载体,千方百计提升学生的知识能力和应用水平,使其真正具备职业化素养和技能。文章以此为线索,重点探讨了“三教改革”基础上高职院校技能型人才培养模式的内涵和现实意义,并着重分析了此类培养工作的实践思路和举措,提出了对此议题的思考和建议。
The"Three Education Reform"is an important direction of vocational education reform in the new era,reflecting the practical needs of vocational education's commitment to high-level education work.In the context of the"Three Education Reform",vocational schools should cultivate skilled talents through the construction of teacher teams,textbook development,and teaching method updates and upgrades,and make every effort to improve students'knowledge ability and application level,so that they truly possess professional literacy and skills.This article takes this as a clue and focuses on exploring the connotation and practical significance of the training mode for skilled talents in vocational schools based on the"Three Education Reform".It also analyzes the practical ideas and measures of such training work,and puts forward the author's thoughts and suggestions on this issue.
