摘要
为研究盾构穿越锚索处理技术,结合现场情况综合分析风险预处理、掘进控制措施及地面沉降控制等几个方面,采用注浆加固技术、旋挖钻机截断清理与盾构掘进技术相结合的施工方案。结果表明:盾构穿越锚索技术的运用,妥善规避了盾构过锚索区域的风险,保证了施工安全的合理性及可靠性,可为类似盾构施工情况提供借鉴。
In order to study the treatment technology of shield crossing anchor cable,,the construction of the shield tunnel through the anchor cable is analyzed,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of risk pretreatment,driving control measures and ground settlement control combined with the specific situation of the site.The combination of grouting reinforcement technology and rotary drilling rig cutting and cleaning can effectively remove the anchor cable group encountered in the construction process.The results show that:the successful application of shield crossing anchor cable technology properly avoids the risk of shield passing through anchor cable area,ensures the rationality and reliability of construction safety,and provides reference for similar shield construction.
