摘要
反激逆从法以其寒热并用、敛散并施、升降相因、补泻兼施、动静结合、清透并行、润燥互济等相反相逆配伍,在病机属阴阳交错、寒热错杂、虚实夹杂的肿瘤病中应用恰为适宜。该文对反激逆从法的概念、肿瘤病的病因病机及反激逆从法在肿瘤病辨治中的应用做了详细阐述,并据肿瘤病机中痰饮与血瘀的偏重及疾病进展的快慢不同提出阴瘤、阳瘤与阴阳瘤的概念。从温补肾气、通调脾胃,补泻兼施、寒热并用等思路进行辨治,并附医案一则,冀为反激逆从法指导肿瘤病的临证辨治提供理论与实践基础,指导反激逆从法在肿瘤病中的应用,丰富肿瘤病临证辨治思路。
The combination of cold and heat,convergence and dispersion,ascending and descending,reinforcing and reducing,combination of dynamic and static,parallel clearing and moistening and dryness,is suitable for the treatment of tumor diseases with the pathogenesis of Yin-Yang crisscross,cold and heat mixing,deficiency and excess mixing.In this paper,the concept of anti-excitation and anti-interference method,the etiology and pathogenesis of tumor disease and the application of anti-excitation and anti-interference method in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor disease were elaborated in detail.According to the emphasis of phlegm and blood stasis in tumor pathogenesis and the different speed of disease progression,the concepts of Yin tumor,Yang tumor and Yin-Yang tumor were put forward.It is hoped to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the application of the anti excitation and anti-interference method in the clinical differentiation and treatment of tumor diseases,and enrich the thinking of the clinical differentiation and treatment of tumor diseases.
