摘要
变电站继电保护设备异常引发的事故具有隐蔽性强、原因复杂等特点,通过常规的预防性试验及时发现难度较大,对于互感器测量回路、户外信号回路、电源回路、电源模块、连锁回路等都很难定期进行性能验证。通过对大量异常事故案例进行收集,提出了6种防范二次设备隐患的技术方案,并对原理思路进行了简要分析。
The accidents caused by abnormal substation relay protection equipment have the characteristics of strong concealment,complicated causes,therefore difficult to detect on time through regular preventive test.It is also difficult to verify the performance of transformer measurement loop,outdoor signal loop,power loop,power module and interlocking loop on a regular basis.Through collecting a large number of abnormal accident cases,this paper lists six technical schemes to prevent the hidden faults of secondary equipment and analyzes the principle briefly.
