摘要
胃癌癌前病变(precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,PLGC)是一个正常胃黏膜逐渐向胃癌发展的病理过程,对症治疗是现代医学治疗该病的主要手段,而中医学干预和治疗本病的优势较前者显著。文章从"脾虚、毒侵、瘀阻"角度对胃癌癌前病变的机制进行论述,并列举经验方之理中通络化浊汤以方测证,说明疗效,以期为中医药在胃癌癌前病变的临床治疗上开拓思路。
Precancerous lesion of gastric cancer is a pathological process that normal gastric mucosa gradually develops to gastric cancer,symptomatic treatment is the main method of modern medicine to treat this disease,the advantages of the motherland medical intervention and treatment of this disease are more significant than the former.This article discusses the mechanism of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer from the perspective of“spleen deficiency,poisonous invasion and stasis”,and according to past experience,use Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo Decoction(理中通络化浊汤)to achieve curative effect,looking forward to opening up new ideas for Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.
