摘要
在线教学已经成为当前国际中文教育的主要方式,数字能力成为国际中文教师不可或缺的基本能力。然而国际中文教师面临对数字化发展动态不够了解、数字意识不敏锐、信息技术不熟练、数字资源开发及获取能力不强等问题。通过对教师数字化发展政策和重要研究成果的解析,界定国际中文教师数字能力的定义,并将其构成因素分成技术学习、技术应用、技术创新3个层次,涉及教学资源、教育技术应用、教学评价、教学管理、教学学术研究和信息伦理6个实践维度的18项能力。最后根据6个实践维度提出加强国际中文教师数字能力的路径,从而为国际中文教师数字能力培养提供参考依据。
Online teaching has become the main way of international Chinese education at present,and digital ability has become an indispensable basic ability of international Chinese teachers.However,international Chinese teachers are faced with problems such as lack of understanding of digital development trends,insufficient digital awareness,inadequate proficiency in information technology,and weak digital resource development and acquisition ability.Through the analysis of teachers digital development policy and important research results,this article defines the concept of international Chinese teachers’digital ability,and divides its composing factors into three levels including technology learning,technology application,and technology innovation,18 abilities in six practical dimensions including teaching resources,education technology application,teaching evaluation,teaching management,teaching academic research and information ethics.Finally,according to the six practical dimensions,the article proposed the path of strengthening the digital ability of international Chinese teachers,so as to provide a reference for the cultivation of the digital ability of international Chinese teachers.
