蒙古莸组培苗菌根化技术研究 被引量:2

STUDIES ON THE MYCORRHIZAL TECHNOLOGY OF Caryopteris mongolica WITH TISSUE CULTURE SEEDLING

摘要 蒙古莸(Caryopteris mongolica)作为世界范围内稀缺的资源植物之一,是分布在黄土区,干旱荒漠区及沙区的一种耐旱小灌木。近几年来,由于自然及人为因素的综合影响,蒙古莸生境遭到破坏,分布范围逐渐减小,野生资源日益减少。为了获得蒙古莸菌根化组培幼苗,以蒙古莸无菌苗茎段为外植体,通过愈伤途径获得了完整的再生植株,并对蒙古莸组培幼苗进行菌根化研究,结果显示:接种根内球囊霉、摩西球囊霉后蒙古莸组培苗各项生长指标均显著提高,试验结果将为蒙古莸组培苗菌根化技术提供依据。 As one of the scarce resource plants in the world, Caryopteris mongolica is a drought-tolerant shrub distributed in the loess area, arid desert area and sand area. In recent years, due to the combined effects of natural and human factors, the habitat of C. mongolica has been destroyed, the distribution has gradually decreased, and wild resources have been decreasing. In order to obtain the mycorrhizal seedlings of C. mongolica, the stems of the sterile seedlings of C. mongolica were used as explants, and the complete regenerated plants were obtained by the callus. The seedlings of C. mongolica were inoculated with Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The growth indexes of the C. mongolica tissue culture seedlings were significantly increased after inoculation with G. mosseae and G. intraradices. The results will provide a basis for the mycorrhizal technology of C. mongolica tissue culture.
