摘要
物探作业区域逐渐由简单地形转向复杂山地,在高额的直升机成本压力下,物探项目对山地设备要求越来越高,山地地震项目的投标中钻井设备的选型及配置是攻克山地和保证施工进度的关键。本文介绍HYQ-15A钻机、气站及气管线长度配置在石灰岩山区的试验,记录试验过程的钻井的时间与碎屑岩性,进行时效分析;列举试验过程中发现机械构造设计不足之处,进行分析总结HYQ-15A钻机在山地施工的适用性及设备改进的建议,为山地物探项目设备投标优化提供参考。
Geophysical prospecting operation area is gradually turning from simple terrain to complicated mountainous area.Under the high pressure of helicopter cost,the requirements of mountain equipment are becoming more and more higher in seismic project.The selection and configuration of drilling equipment in the tender for mountain seismic project is the key to overcome mountainous terrain and ensure project progress.This article introduces the tests of the configuration of HYQ-15 A rig,air compressor and hose in limestone mountain area,records the drilling time and clastic lithology during the test to perform efficiency analysis,lists the mechanical structure design deficiencies found during the test to analyze and summary the applicability of the HYQ-15 A rig in mountain area and the suggestion of equipment improvement,and provides a reference for equipment optimization during the tending for mountain seismic project.
