摘要
目的评价持续血液净化治疗肾功能障碍感染性休克的临床疗效。方法选取江西省南昌市第一医院肾功能障碍感染性休克患者62例(2017年10月—2018年11月),随机分为血液透析治疗的对照组(31例)与持续血液净化治疗的观察组(31例),观察患者治疗效果、肾功能指标及血气分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率高(P<0.05);观察组尿素氮、肌酐改善情况好(P<0.05),观察组HC03-、PaO2、pH改善情况好(P<0.05)。结论给予肾功能障碍感染性休克患者持续血液净化治疗,能提高患者治疗效果,有效控制患者疾病,改善机体内环境紊乱,值得借鉴。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of septic shock with renal dysfunction.Methods 62 cases of renal dysfunction septic shock patients in the First Hospital of Nanchang City(October 2017 to November 2018)were selected and randomly divided into the hemodialysis treatment control group(31 cases)and the continuous blood purification treatment observation group(31 cases)to observe the treatment effect,renal function indicators and blood gas analysis.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment was high in the observation group(P<0.05),urea nitrogen and creatinine were improved in the observation group(P<0.05),and HCO3-,PaO2 and pH were improved in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification therapy for patients with renal dysfunction and septic shock can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively control the disease and improve the disorder of the internal environment of the body,which is worthy of reference.
