A Theoretical Deduction of Economic Growth Efficiency and Distributive Fairness of Social Security

摘要人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的主要矛盾决定了经济增长效率与社会保障分配公平性的均衡性逻辑成为新时代的重要研究课题。本文采用马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理和基本工具,尝试性地构建了一个理论模型,深入剖析了社会保障分配非公平性的形成逻辑,并探析经济增长效率与社会保障分配的非公平性机制。中国的社会保障制度模式"嵌含"了马克思主义政治经济学框架下的劳动价值论、贫困理论、剩余价值理论及资本雇佣劳动理论等;同时,资本主义在全球占主导的情境下,经济增长效率与社会保障分配公平性又被"嵌入"了资本主义经济和政治制度的某些要素。通过假设演绎的方法,本文拓展了马克思主义的研究框架,放宽其理论演绎的工人阶级"零储蓄"假设。所得的演绎性理论可以更全面地分析欧美等发达资本主义国家经济增长效率与社会保障分配公平性的均衡性问题;同时,对于探索新时代经济增长效率、优化收入再分配模式,社会保障收入分配非均等性问题的内在逻辑因素及优化路径也具有重要的理论与现实意义。 Chinese society now faces the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.It makes the equilibrium between economic growth e fficiency and distributive fairness of social security an important research topic in the new era.Using the basic principles and tools of Marxist political economy,this paper tries to construct a theoretical model to analyze the formation logic of the unfairness of the social security distribution,and explore the mechanism of economic growth efficiency and social security distribution.Chinese social security system model is embedded with the Marxist political economy framework of labor value theory,poverty theory,surplus value theory and wage labor and capital theory.Meanwhile,in a world dominated by capitalism,the efficiency of economic growth and the fairness of social security distribution are embedded with some elements of the capitalist economic and political system.Using the method of hypothetical deduction,this paper expands the research framework of Marxist thought.The deductive theory can be applied to analyze the equilibrium of economic growth efficiency and distributive fairness of social security in developed capitalist countries more comprehensively.The theory is also of great theoretical and practical significance to the exploration of the inherent logic factors and optimization paths of the distributive unfairness of social security income under realistic constraints.
