摘要
目的:探讨二至丸合二仙汤联合黄体酮及谷维素片对肾阴阳两虚型PPS(围绝经期综合征,Perimenopausal Syndrome)患者FSH(促卵泡素,Follicle stimulating hormone)、LH(促黄体素,Luteinizing hormone)、E2(雌二醇,Estradiol)及骨密度水平的影响。方法:本次研究选取2018年5月~2019年7月内收治98例肾阴阳两虚型PPS患者进行临床观察。采取随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组两组。观察组49例患者采取二至丸合二仙汤联合黄体酮及谷维素片治疗。对照组49例患者采取黄体酮及谷维素片治疗。结果:治疗后观察组FSH、LH、E2水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组双侧股骨骨密度及L1~4显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BAP及CTX水平显著优于对照组,差异较大(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组各症状积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二至丸合二仙汤联合黄体酮及谷维素片治疗肾阴阳两虚型PPS有着良好效果,可有效改善患者骨密度及骨代谢水平,值得临床关注。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Erzhi Pill and Erxian Decoction combined with Progesterone and Oryzanol Tablet on FSH(Follicular Stimulating Hormone),LH(Luteinizing Hormone),E(Estradiol)and Bone Mineral Density(BMD)for patients with kidney Yin-Yang deficiency type PPS(perimenopausal syndrome).Methods:This study selected 98 PPS patients with kidney yin-yang deficiency from May 2018 to July 2019 for clinical observation.Randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group.49 patients in the observation group were treated with Erzhi Pill and Erxian Decoction combined with Progesterone and Oryzanol Tablets.49 patients in the controlled group were treated with Progesterone and Oryzanol Tablets.Results:The levels of FSH,LH and Ein the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMD and L1~4 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BaP and CTX in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erzhi Pill and Erxian Decoction combined with Progesterone and Oryzanol Tablets have good effect in the treatment of PPS with kidney Yin-Yang deficiency,which can effectively improve the bone mineral density and bone metabolism level of patients,and is worthy of clinical attention.
