摘要
边界是人类生活中的一种普遍性存在,它界定了不同的实践场域并规定了场域内游戏规则的适用范围,即游戏规则的适用"限度"。在教育系统和其他社会系统之间以及教育系统内部也有着不同类型和性质的边界。许多教育问题是由于教育边界的僭越和失守造成的。以"界"为限,维护"教育边界",需要遵守和尊重不同场域游戏规则的差异关系、区分"发展性越界"和"僭越边界"的不同性质,需要在边界清晰的前提下展开交往合作,同时需要充分认识教育立法和制度建设在维护教育边界中的现实意义。
Boundary is a kind of universality of human life existence,it defines the different practice field and specifies the applicable scope of the game rules.There are many types of boundary between the education system and social system,within the education system.For education,invasion and fall is the major problems.In order to repair the education boundary,it is necessary to ensure the uniqueness of the rules of education,to distinguish the overstepping boundaries and developmental breakthrough of individual or the system itself,and to understand the relationships between boundary delimitation and exchanges,as well as the meaning of the education legislation and system construction.
