样品转移机构的末端精度优化方法及在轨应用

End Precision Optimization Method and Its On-orbit Application of Sample Transfer Mechanism

摘要 针对嫦娥五号样品转移任务需求,设计了一种大展收比样品转移机构。该样品转移机构在运动方向上的展收比可达3∶1,且为扁平构型,很好地满足了探月工程对“轻、小”的严苛需求。而大展收比同时也带来了平面刚度低、末端精度不足和对样品容器捕获容差不足的难题。提出了塔式构型的复合连杆机构,有效解决了平面刚度低的难题;通过设计计算找出影响末端精度的关键因素,并对其进行控制,解决了末端精度不足的难题;通过提出棘爪与棘齿相配合的样品容器捕获方案,解决了对样品容器捕获容差不足的难题。目前,该转移机构设计方案已完成嫦娥五号探测器样品转移在轨应用。 A sample transfer mechanism with large suppression ratio is designed in terms of the mission requirements for transferring samples from Chang’e-5.With the mechanism,the suppression ratio in the direction of motion can reach 3∶1,and the architecture is tabular,which can well satisfy the extremely strict requirements of small size and light weight of the architecture for lunar exploration engineering.However,the large suppression ratio may lead to unavoidable side effects at the same time,e.g.,low planar stiffness,poor end precision,and low capture tolerance of the sample container.Therefore,a tower-like multi-linkage mechanism is proposed.It is proved that the proposed mechanism can be used to solve the problem of low planar stiffness.The key factors affecting the end precision can be obtained by calculation.When the key factors are well controlled,the problem of poor end precision can be achieved.A specific capture scheme is put forward with the combination of pawl and ratchet,with which the problem of low capture tolerance of the sample container can be solved.At present,the designed sample transfer mechanism has been successfully used in the on-orbit application of the Chang’e-5 probe.
