摘要
为满足长征四号系列火箭快速增长的任务量和高密度发射的需求,首先提出去任务化设计方案,通过改进火箭控制系统产品的软硬件设计,统一产品状态,并实现去任务化综合测试方案。然后根据去任务化设计,对试验流程进行标准化统型,通过统型的测试技术提高软件开发的效率。最后为提高综合测试数据自动判读覆盖率,对实时监测系统进行技术迭代。长征四号系列火箭经一系列的综合测试技术优化,提高了试验效率,降低了人力成本,满足高密度发射态势下的任务需求。
To meet the demand for high-speed increasing tasks and high-frequent space launching activities of the Long March 4 Launch Vehicles,firstly,a decommissioning design scheme was proposed,which can be achieved by improving the software and hardware design of the rocket control system,unifying the state of the product,and realizing the decommissioning integrated testing scheme.Then,the test process was standardized according to the decommissioning design,and the efficiency of software designing would be improved by standardized testing technology.Finally,to improve the coverage of the automatic interpretation of the integrated testing data,the technology iteration of a real-time monitoring system was carried out.Through a series of integrated technology optimization experiments,the Long March 4 Launch Vehicles have improved test efficiency,reduced labour costs and successfully met the mission requirements under high-frequent space launches.
