摘要
目的探讨秦氏"头八针"为主针药结合治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床有效性。方法将符合纳入标准的62例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组31例。试验组予针刺、埋针结合西药治疗,对照组予常规西药治疗,两组均治疗8周。观察两组治疗前后MMSE量表、ADAS-cog量表、BADL量表、FAQ量表和中医证候量表的评分变化。结果试验组总有效率为54.80%,对照组总有效率为24.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后MMSE评分、ADAS-cog评分、BADL评分、FAQ评分、中医证候积分评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以秦氏"头八针"为主针药结合可以有效改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知障碍情况,提高患者生活自理能力和社会适应能力。
Objective To discuss the clinical effectiveness of Qin’s eight head acupoints combined with western medicine in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods Sixty-two patients with Alzheimer’s disease who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the test group and control group,31 patients in each group.The patients in the test group were treated with acupuncture,needle embedding and western medicine,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,with a course of 8 weeks.The scores of MMSE scale,ADAS-cog scale,BADL scale,FAQ scale and Chinese medical syndrome were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of the test group and control group were 54.80%and 24.33%,respectively.There was statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of MMSE scale,ADAS-cog scale,BADL scale,FAQ scale and Chinese medical syndrome between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Qin’s eight head acupoints combined with western medicine can effectively improve the cognitive impairment of patients with Alzheimer’s disease,and improve their self-care ability and social adaptability.
