摘要
我国正在大力推广生活垃圾分类活动,本文分析了日本垃圾治理的发展历程和成功经验,以此为参照对我国垃圾分类及其标准化现状进行了分析,指出了当前存在的不足,从加强法规体系建设、健全标准体系、做好标准实施的"宣、编、改"、强化监管与激励等方面,提出了推进我国垃圾分类标准化工作的策略。
Waste classification is being carried out in China.This article first introduces the development process and experience of Japanese waste management,and uses this as a reference to analyze the situation of waste classification in China,and points out the disadvantages.It also gives some suggestions:such as strengthening the legal system,improving the standards system and standard implementation,strengthening supervision and incentives,etc.,so as to improve the standardization work of waste classification in China.
