摘要
喷射力是衡量花洒淋浴舒适性的关键因素之一,国内外均对其开展了一系列的测试和体验研究。本文基于标准GB 28378-2019《淋浴器水效限定值及水效等级》对喷射力的定义提出净喷射力、残留水和名义喷射力的概念,并通过实验的方式验证三者之间的联系。实验结果表明,名义喷射力由净喷射力与残留水组成,且残留水占名义喷射力较大的比重;实验结果还表明,残留水质量随流量的增加而增大,受孔径与垂直淋浴距离的影响较小。本文的研究结果对花洒喷射力真实值的重新定义具有重要意义,也为花洒淋浴舒适性的提高提供有益借鉴。
Spraying force is one of the key factors to measure the comfort of shower,and a series of tests and experience studies have been carried out on it at home and abroad.This article proposes the concepts of net spraying force,residual water,and nominal spraying force based on the definition of GB 28378-2019,Shower water limit value and water efficiency grade,and verifies the relationship between the three through experiments.The experimental results show that the nominal spraying force is composed of the net spraying force and the residual water,and the residual water accounts for a larger proportion of the nominal spraying force.They also show that the residual water quality increases with the increase in flow rate,and is less affected by the hole diameter and the vertical distance of shower.The research results of this paper are of great significance to the redefinition of the true value of shower spray force,and also provide a useful reference for the improvement of the comfort of shower.
