摘要
由于具有较高的临界转变温度、临界电流密度和上临界磁场等优势,第二代高温超导带材在各类实用化超导材料中受到格外关注,近年来产业化及其应用发展快速。百米以上的电缆示范工程项目已在国内外多个场景下进行。而第二代高温超导带材临界电流测试方法繁多,如磁测法和传输法等,经过近年来的努力,我们对长样第二代高温超导带材的临界电流及其n-值进行过多次循环比对实验,研究了其标准化测量技术及其均匀性表征方法。在当前形势下,临界电流标准化建设是第二代高温超导带材产业化和规模应用的助推器。同时,可为国际同行技术交流以及贸易消除障碍,进一步提升了我国产品在国际市场上的竞争力。本文详细介绍了《临界电流测量第二代高温超导长带临界电流及其沿长度方向均匀性》国家标准的建立及研究历程,体现了标准化过程的严谨性和科学性。
The second-generation high-temperature superconductors(2G-HTS)have attracted special attention in various practical superconducting materials because of their advantages of the high critical transition temperature,critical current density and upper critical magnetic field,and their industrialization and application have developed rapidly in recent years.Cable demonstration projects of more than 100 meters have been carried out in many scenes at home and abroad.However,there are many methods to measure the critical current of 2G-HTS tapes,such as magnetic measurement method and transmission method.Through the efforts in recent years,we have carried out many round robin test(RRT)on the critical current and its n-value of the long sample of 2G-HTS tapes,and studied its standardized measurement technology and its uniformity characterization method.Under the current situation,the establishment of critical current standardization boosts the industrialization and large-scale application of 2G-HTS tapes.At the same time,it can remove obstacles for international peer technology exchange and trade,and further enhance the competitiveness of products in the international market.This paper introduces in detail the establishment and research process of the national standard Critical current measurementMeasurement of critical current and its uniformity along the length of 2G-HTS long tapes,which reflects the rigor and scientificity of the standardization process.
