摘要
在轧制温度1000℃,送进量10 mm,回转角度57°,壁厚压下率分别为30%、45%、60%的条件下,对尺寸为φ38 mm×3 mm的外管304不锈钢与内管Q235碳钢壁厚比为1:1的管坯进行了皮尔格热轧数值模拟和实验研究。结果表明:30%压下率存在间隙和杂质,未达到完全冶金复合,45%、60%压下率下复合层达到了完全冶金复合。45%压下率的复合管外壁厚与内壁厚之比为1.43,介于35%和60%压下率复合管之间,与60%压下率的1.46壁厚比相比,更节省复合管中304不锈钢的使用量。
Under the conditions of rolling temperature of 1000℃,feed amount of 10 mm,rotation angle of 57°,and wall thickness reduction rate of 30%,45%and 60%,the numerical simulation and experimental study were carried out by using the tube billet size ofφ38 mm×3 mm and the wall thickness ratio of 1:1(the ratio of wall thickness of 304 stainless steel outer tube to wall thickness of Q235 carbon steel inner pipe).The results show that there are gaps and impurities in the 30%reduction rate that does not reach the complete metallurgical recombination.The composite layers with 45%and 60%reduction rate reach the complete metallurgical composite.The ratio of outer and inner wall thickness of the composite pipe with 45%reduction rate is 1.43,which is between 35%and 60%reduction rate composite pipe.Compared with that of 1.46 wall thickness ratio of 60%reduction rate,the application amount of 304 stainless steel in the composite pipe is saved.
