摘要
本项目研究了不同尼龙成核剂对PA6结晶及应用性能的影响。结果表明,不同尼龙成核剂的引入均可以促使PA6异相成核,微观表现为结晶温度提高,晶核密度增加,成型周期缩短;宏观表现为拉伸性能增加,弯曲模量提高,双向平衡收缩比更趋近于1,PA6尺寸稳定性更好。复合尼龙成核剂TMN-1022的性能表现最优。
This paper investigated the effects of different nylon nucleating agents on the crystallization and application performance of PA6.The results indicated that the introduction of different nylon nucleating agents can promote the heterogeneous nucleation of PA6.Microscopic manifestations included an increase in crystallization temperature,an increase in crystal nucleus density,and a shortened molding cycle;the macroscopic manifestation was an increase in tensile performance,an increase in bending modulus,a closer bidirectional equilibrium shrinkage ratio to 1,and better dimensional stability of PA6.In particular,the compound nylon nucleating agent TMN-1022 showed the best performance.
