摘要
由于旅游业繁荣发展的背后隐藏着许多隐患,而互联网使危机事件的传播速度和群众的关注程度极大提高,危机管理对旅游发展愈发重要。虽然海南岛从国际旅游岛的建设,进一步提升到自由贸易港建设,初步树立起了国际形象,但也出现了不少旅游公共危机事件。因此,本文对海南岛旅游业危机管理体系进行探讨,并调查海南旅游业危机管理的实际情况,提出从政府、企业、社会多角度构建旅游业危机管理体系。
There are many hidden dangers behind the prosperity and development of tourism industry,and internet makes crisis events spread more rapidly and attract more attention.Therefore,crisis management is vital for the development of tourism industry.Although Hainan Island has advanced to the construction of free trade port,there are still many tourism public crisis events.This article firstly studied the tourism crisis management system of Hainan Island,and then investigated the actual situation of Hainan’s tourism crisis management.At last,the paper proposed the construction ways of tourism crisis management system from the multiple perspectives of the government,enterprises and society.
