摘要
基于国家实施“双碳”战略的背景,以促进绿色金融发展为目的,聚焦绿色债券市场,实证检验企业发行绿色债券对投资效率的影响。研究发现,绿色债券与投资效率具有正相关性,企业发行绿色债券能显著提升投资效率。
Based on the backdrop of national implementation of the“dual carbon”strategy,with the aim of promoting the development of green finance,this study focused on the green bond market to empirically examine the impact of corporate issuance of green bonds on investment efficiency.The research found that green bonds had a positive correlation with investment efficiency,and the issuance of green bonds by companies could significantly enhance investment efficiency.
