摘要
以海水养殖金色珍珠(以下简称:金珠)为参比样品,通过场发射扫描电镜(field-emission scanning electron microscopy,FE-SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis absorption spectrum)、能量色散X射线谱(energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,EDX)与傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy)对一类仿海水养殖金色珍珠的微结构与鉴定筛选特征进行研究。结果表明:该类仿金珠具备内核与外层单元的分区结构,且外表面与外层结构的断面分别呈现"叠瓦"状与"砖-浆-砖"的层状堆砌结构特征;外层结构单元中主要的无机物相组成为生物成因文石,即外层结构单元为珍珠层结构;该仿金珠表层的UV-Vis吸收光谱中,出现约420 nm处的吸收主峰;外层单元的EDX分析表明该仿金珠的珍珠层呈现富Mn、贫Sr特征,与淡水珍珠中微量金属元素Mn、Sr的量化大小特征相同。基于上述结果,该类仿金珠可定性为经改色处理的淡水养殖有核金色珍珠。
Combining with seawater cultured natural-color golden pearls for reference samples,a kind of imitated saltwater cultured golden pearl was systematically comparative investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that:the outer and fracture surface of the outer structural unit of the imitation golden pearl had exhibited the characteristics of"imbricate"and"brick-wall"structure,respectively.Meanwhile,the inorganic phase in the outer structural unit was biological aragonite,namely that the outer structural unit was nacre;In the UV-Vis absorption spectra,the absorption peak of nearby 360 nm was taking as the typical absorption peak for seawater cultured golden pearl,while the main absorption peak was located at nearby 420 nm for imitation golden pearl.In addition,the nacre of the imitated gold pearl presents the typical occurrence characteristics of the trace metal elements of Sr and Mn.Based on the above results,this kind of imitated golden pearl was classified to freshwater cultured treated-color pearl.
