摘要
研究目的:为持续提高建筑企业管理创新能力,推进企业高质量发展,全面构建国企数字化智能化改革战略体系,积极推动企业治理与业务结构优化,强化集团管控与项目管理模式创新,特进行基于建筑企业智能化项目管理的创新管理实践,并建立智能化项目管理平台。研究结论:(1)该平台的建立形成了全方位协同孵化、全方位要素匹配、全方位项目追踪、全方位数据展示、全方位智能监管以及全方位后台管理等六大创新点;(2)该平台可通过信息化、智能化手段助力建筑企业区域经营和立体经营改革,为企业管理人员提供全过程、全方位的项目智能信息;(3)本研究成果对建筑企业高质量发展有一定的借鉴意义。
Research purposes:In order to continuously improve the management innovation ability of construction enterprises,promote the high-quality development of enterprises,comprehensively build the strategic system of digital and intelligent reform of state-owned enterprises,actively promote the optimization of corporate governance and business structure,strengthen the innovation of group management and control and project management modes,this paper specially carries out the practice of project innovation management based on intelligent project management for construction enterprises,and establishes the Intelligent Project Management Platform.Research conclusions:(1)The platform has six innovation points,including comprehensive collaborative incubation,comprehensive element matching,comprehensive project tracking,comprehensive data display,comprehensive intelligent supervision,and comprehensive backend management.(2)The platform can assist construction enterprises in regional and comprehensive management reform through information technology means.Moreover,it can provide comprehensive project intelligence information for enterprise managers.(3)The research results have certain reference significance for the high-quality development of construction enterprises.
