摘要
目的糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病最常见、最严重的微血管并发症之一,也是糖尿病患者死亡的重要危险因素。已有大量研究表明,维生素D(vitamin D,VD)和维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)在肾脏保护方面发挥着重要作用。1,25(OH)2D3是VD的有效形式,对调节血清钙和磷浓度起着关键作用。此外,与受体VDR结合在DKD患者和动物模型中表现出了多种肾脏保护作用,如抗蛋白尿、预防足细胞损伤、保护肾小管损伤等。现就VD/VDR信号通路在DKD中作用的研究进展作一综述,以期为今后DKD的预防和治疗提供参考。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the most common and serious microvascular complications of diabetes,which is also an important risk factor for death of diabetic patients.A large number of studies have proved that vitamin D(VD)and vitamin D receptor(VDR)play an important role in renal protection.1,25(OH)2 D3 is an effective form of VD,which plays a key role in regulating serum calcium and phosphorus concentrations.In addition,it can also be combined with receptor VDR to show a variety of renal protective effects in DKD patients and animal models,such as anti proteinuria,prevention of podocyte injury,protection of renal tubular injury and so on.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of VD/VDR signaling pathway in DKD,in order to provide some references for the prevention and treatment of DKD in the future.
