摘要
目的研究高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者心功能指标的影响。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月在我院接受血液透析治疗的86例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表达法将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组行常规透析治疗,研究组行高通量血液透析治疗,观察两组患者透析治疗前后心功能指标水平及治疗6月后透析生化指标。结果治疗前,两组患者左心室舒张末期容积等超声心动图检查指标水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组超声心动图检查指标水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6月后,研究组透析收缩压、舒张压、血红蛋白等临床指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予尿毒症患者高通量血液透析治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者透析相关临床指标,改善其心功能,利于疾病预后。
Objective:To study the effect of high-throughput hemodialysis on cardiac function indexes in patients with uremia.Methods:A total of 86 patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from June2019 to June 2021 were selected and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number expression method.The control group received conventional dialysis treatment,the research group was treated with high-throughput hemodialysis,and the levels of cardiac function indexes before and after dialysis treatment and the dialysis biochemical indexes after 6 months of treatment were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of echocardiographic examination indexes such as left ventricular end-diastolic volume between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the improvement of echocardiographic index levels in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the improvement of dialysis systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hemoglobin and other biochemical indicators in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-throughput hemodialysis in patients with uremia is effective,which can effectively improve the biochemical indicators of dialysis,improve cardiac function,and is beneficial to the prognosis of the disease.
