摘要
目的髋关节置换术患者可接受多种护理措施,分析快速康复外科护理对生活质量、关节功能的影响,为临床开展护理措施提供依据。方法选取2019年12月-2021年12月我院收治的72例髋关节置换术患者,依据双盲法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组采取传统护理指导,观察组36例采取快速康复外科护理指导,比对术后髋关节功能水平(Harris髋关节功能量表评估髋关节功能水平)、生活质量分值(SF-36量表评估)等研究数据。结果观察组髋关节功能指标(关节活动、关节畸形、关节功能和疼痛程度)显著高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组SF-36量表中各维度分值相较对照组高(p<0.05);观察组并发症(轻度肌肉萎缩、泌尿系统感染、肺部感染、下肢深静脉血栓)发生概率显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术术后患者通过快速康复外科护理指导后,髋关节功能逐渐趋于正常范围,从而提升生活质量,可有效避免各种并发症出现,临床上可大力推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on quality of life and joint function,to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2021,a total of 72 patients undergoing hip replacement were selected,and were divided into the observation group and the control group in a double-blind method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing guidance,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgery guidance.The study data such as hip function level(Harris hip function scale),quality of life score(SF-36 scale assessment),and complications were compared.Results:The indexes of hip joint function(joint movement,joint deformity,joint function and pain degree)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The scores of each dimension on SF-36 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05);The incidence of complications(mild muscle atrophy,urinary system infection,lung infection and deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:After rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing hip replacement,the function of hip joint gradually tends to be in the normal range,and the quality of life improved,which can effectively avoid various complications,worthy of being vigorously promoted and applied in clinic.
