摘要
在创立正式提名制度后的近30年间,民进党提名制度的修正极其频繁。将其历史体系划分为四个模式阶段进行梳理,可以发现在落实党内民主与遏止人头党员之间求取平衡,是民进党提名制度修正的总体趋向。政党体系、选举制度、派系互动和政党组织发展模式是民进党提名制度变迁的内外影响因素。而民进党提名制度的实施,反过来对党内派系、政党组织发展模式以及政党体系内的主要竞争对手国民党也有一定的影响。
In the nearly 30 years since the establishment of the formal nomination system,the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP)nomination system has been amended very frequently.By dividing its historical system into four model stages,it can be found that the overall trend of the DPP nomination system amendment is to strike a balance between the implementation of inner-party democracy and the suppression of the nominal party members.Party system,election system,factional interaction and the development mode of Party organizations are the internal and external factors influencing the change of the DPP nomination system.On the other hand,the implementation of the DPP nomination system has,in turn,exerted a certain impact on the party factions,the development mode of Party organization as well as the KMT,the main competitor within the party system.
