摘要
试验制备了Mg-19Al-24Ga、Mg-15Al-25Ga和Mg-15Al-31Ga 3种三元合金,研究了其物相组成、显微组织和储热性能。结果表明,3种合金相组成均为Mg_(5)Ga_(2)、Al_(12)Mg_(17)和α-Mg,具有较高的相变潜热,且相变温度均处于中温储热温度范围(90~400℃),其中Mg-19Al-24Ga合金具有最低的相变温度和最高的相变潜热,分别为373.67℃和172.70J·g^(-1),是较好的中温相变储热材料。
Three ternary alloys,Mg-19Al-24Ga,Mg-15Al-25Ga and Mg-15Al-31Ga,were designed and prepared experimentally,and their phase composition,microstructure and heat storage properties were investigated.The results show that the all alloys consist of Mg_(5)Ga_(2),Al_(12)Mg_(17)andα-Mg phases,and have high latent heat of phase transition,of which the temperature are in the range of middle temperature thermal energy storage(90~400℃).The Mg-19Al-24Ga alloy has the lowest phase transition temperature and the highest latent heat,which are 373.67℃and 172.70J·g^(-1),respectively.Therefore,Mg-19Al-24Ga alloy can be a good phase transition material for middle temperature heat storage.
